Steam Pork With Salted Fish
A very common dish among Chinese Hakka communities in Malaysia. Simple to cook. Just chopped up the pork meat into paste or you can buy minced pork from the butcher, add seasonings, flatten ( about an inch tick ) on a plate and steam it for half an hour. Haw..haw...sit..oh.! By the way, salted fish was used in today's dish. You can use other alternatives, such as preserved vegetables ( moi choi), dried shrimps, fresh prawns, salted eggs, and even century eggs if you like the taste. Just plain steamed pork in ginger with a dash of fish sauce will taste equally good. Try it, you will like it.
