Happy Valentine's Day - Chinese Steamed Cake

Ingredients

7 eggs
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 1/2 tbs milk + 3 tbs water
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1/2 tsp double action baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
1. Line a Heart shape pan with waxed paper.
2. Separate the eggs. Place the yolks in a large bowl. . 3.Shit together the flour and the baking powder; mixed over the egg york, milk & water, vanilla into mixture.
3. Whip the egg whites with the sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture has increased about three times in volume.
4.Fold into yolk base. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
4. Place the pan into the steamer. Steam for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack

Pork Chop II - repost

8 pices of pork chop marinate with light soya sauce, 1 egg & pepper. Deep the pork chop into corn starch and place in hot flying pan. Fried with 3 tbsp oil till cook.

Mixed fruit and Corn flakes



125g butter

100g castor sugar

3 tbs honey

200g corn flakes

20g mix dry fruits

20g almond slice


Method

1. Melt butter, sugar any honey over low heat.

2. Add in other ingredients. Mis well. Scoop into small papper cups.

3. Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 5 minutes.
