Happy Valentine's Day - Chinese Steamed Cake
7 eggs
1 1/4 cups white sugar
2 1/2 tbs milk + 3 tbs water
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1/2 tsp double action baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
1. Line a Heart shape pan with waxed paper.
2. Separate the eggs. Place the yolks in a large bowl. . 3.Shit together the flour and the baking powder; mixed over the egg york, milk & water, vanilla into mixture.
3. Whip the egg whites with the sugar. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture has increased about three times in volume.
