Vinegar Pork , " Chu Kiok Shuin "

I also cooked Vinegar Pork for dinner today. One of my mother-in-law's favourite dish. It contains sweet vinegar, vinegar, ginger, pork, hard boiled eggs, rock sugar, and a bit of salt. It took me around 45 mins to get this dish done.

A Little Opening.

Most of my family and friends suggested me to create my own food blog. It took me some time, to finally decided to start a blog. I was inspired by my niece's food blog, lilyanette . Therefore, I've picked a special date and chose today to start my blog, together in celebration of Malaysia's National Day!

I'm very new to this, in fact I'm not typing this myself, I have my personal secretary typing this, and in the future. hahaha. due to my slow typing and spelling errors. So, i will try my very best to update more cooking photos with limited information. You know lah, how 'WELL' my spelling are. Ignore the broken english if there is, it's my daughter's error. haha.

Anyway, i have my three angels to help me to update and design my blog today. To make my blog look more interesting today.. im going to show you what i baked today. BE PREPARE.
