Jelly Mooncake (Mid- Autumn Festival)

Coffee skin with evaporated milk filling.

Coconut skin with green tea filling


Green tea flavour
HOW TO MAKE:-

1. Pre make jelly egg yolk into round ice mould with jelly (1 tsp jelly powder+ 1cup of water + 2-3 tbsp sugar + yellow clouring.

2. Prepared the filling using the smaller mould. Pour jelly into mound & place the jelly egg yolk in the centre.
Green tea filling = Mixed well and bring to boiled.
1 tbsp jelly powder
1 cup water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp green tea
Coffee skin - Mixed well and bring to boiled
1 1/2 tbsp jelly powder
1 1/4 cup water
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp nescafe powder
Coconut skin - Mixed well and bring to boiled
1 1/2 tbsp jelly powder
1 1/4 cup tick coconut milk
2 tbsp sugar
Pour some coconut jelly into mould
Pre Make filling - Green tea with yolk.

Place the filling into centre & pour with coffee jelly (skin) to cover filling
