Won Ton Dumpling

Prepared anchovies soup. Fried 200g anchovies till golden brown and crunchy. Keep half to served & half for the soup. Bring to boiled with 3-4 liter water for 15 minute. Add some achovy stock/ salt to taste. Finally put the vegetable.
Get ready mince pork and bought some won ton skin from market/supermarket. Wrap some mince pork into won ton skin till all done.Get ready a pot of cool water.Cook the won ton into the boiling water till cook for about 3 minute. Transfer to the cool water and let the tap water run for 2-3 minute.
Drain and served with soup and fried anchovies.
