250 gm pure butter
1 egg yolk
350 gm self raising flour
180 gm Castor sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
250 - 300 gm corn flakes (use hand to crush corn flakes)
1. Cream butter with sugar till creamy & fluffy. Add in egg,egg yolk & vanilla bit by bit.
2. Fold in the flour, knead into a dough. Rest for 15-30 minute
3.Roll the dough into small rund balls and wat them into cornflakes. Top with one small cherry.
4.Preheat oven to 200C. Bake in oven for 15-20 minute.
