Black Soya Sauce Chicken


The picture might look satisfying .. But, acutally it taste O.k O.k lar...
My children give a 6/10 of this dish.I'm unsatisfied with this dish, but I will try again.. in time..

  1. why? you didn't fry the spice first before adding the chicken on low heat?

  2. I think i put too many spice (Pat Kok & Ting hiong - cantonese) in..which not suitable to white meat.
