Mash Potato Pepperoni Cheese

Mash Potato
8-10 large potatoes, skinned n cut into cubes
50g butter
1/2 - 3/4 cup fresh milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

100 g mature cheddar cheese (grated)

1. Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain n mash with all the ingredients using a potato masher. Add butter, salt, pepper and fresh milk.

2.Divide in 4 portion and place in aluminum tray. Put peperoni on top and follow by grated cheese.

3. Bake in Oven at 250 C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot.

  1. Woohoo! Go easy on the cheese! This is the type of food that makes me fat but i love it during cold winter days. Lucky for me, I am escaping december this year! See you very soon.
