Another popular Tenom Meat Egg Roll with BEEF!
This time I use beef as below:-
500g mince beef (Marinate with 1 1/2 tsp chicken stock + bit of pepper)
Mince beef with meat blender
Tips - Made egg skin not too thin or it will be easy to break when you roll in the meat.
